We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and that's why each print comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within 14 days and we'll exchange it for another of your choice.

Returns Policy

Although we're sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate that sometimes it's necessary to return an item. We aim to make this as easy as possible for you as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please note these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Unwanted Goods

If you've had a change of heart, simply return your print to us within 14 days of the date on which you received it and we will exchange or replace your print for another one of your choice (to the same value). The print needs to be in an 'as new' condition and complete with all original packaging. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you wish to proceed with a return, please contact us by email at support@wallartprints.com.au and we will advise you on the next steps.


As you will remain responsible for the goods until they reach us, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned.


If a product is returned to us that is not in 'as new' condition, we reserve the right to return the product to you.

Damaged In Transit

Although our prints are carefully packaged for shipping, occasionally accidents happen.

If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately at support@wallartprints.com.au

If your parcel is left unattended with damage to the packaging, please advise us within 24 hours. Please include photos of the damage to the box and the print as attachments to your email, so we can organise a replacement immediately.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a print from us which is faulty or damaged, we will replace it without charge and without quibbling.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your print at support@wallartprints.com.au and our team will be happy to assist.
