Although we're sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate that sometimes it's necessary to return an item. We aim to make this as easy as possible for you as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please note these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
If you've had a change of heart, simply return your print to us within 14 days of the date on which you received it and we will exchange or replace your print for another one of your choice (to the same value). The print needs to be in an 'as new' condition and complete with all original packaging. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you wish to proceed with a return, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you on the next steps.
As you will remain responsible for the goods until they reach us, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned.
If a product is returned to us that is not in 'as new' condition, we reserve the right to return the product to you.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a print from us which is faulty or damaged, we will replace it without charge and without quibbling. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your print at email@example.com and our team will be happy to assist.
