Shipping Delays

Due to the volume of Christmas orders and shipping delays, we strongly recommend orders are placed by 4th December if required by Christmas. After this date, it is possible your order will not arrive by 25th December.

If you're cutting it a bit fine, please feel free to contact us regarding Express Shipping options. Alternatively, you may wish to consider giving the gift of choice this Christmas with a Wall Art Prints gift voucher.

Potential minor delays are expected over the coming weeks by some of the carriers we use.

  • Severe weather and rainfall predicted along the east coast and may cause delivery delays to affected parts of NSW, QLD, VIC.
  • The West Australian Rail line has been closed east of Perth due to bushfires, potentially delaying deliveries to WA.
  • Increased freight volumes across Australia due to Back Friday / Cyber Monday / pre-Christmas sales are adding to potential delays, although all carriers are currently reporting only a minor impact on regular delivery schedules.

How much does delivery cost?

As part of our low price commitment, shipping is completely free for all orders across AUSTRALIA. Regardless of the size of your print, the size of your order and the material selected. No catches and no hidden costs.

And we don't charge more if you live in a regional area - you get free shipping just like our metro-loving friends.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we can't ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be to a physical address. We're more than happy to deliver to your company or work address too.

Who will deliver my parcel?

For most orders, especially those containing larger prints, we organise courier delivery to your door. Please ensure you include delivery instructions for your parcel in the event that you are not home, as our couriers won't leave parcels unattended unless you have provided approval to do so.

How long does delivery take?

From the moment you click 'order' it usually takes about 7-10 business days for delivery, depending on exactly where you live. If you're wondering about the status of your order, you can track the progress here.

What if my print is damaged in transit?

Although our prints are carefully packaged for shipping, we also fully insure them during the shipping process.

If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately at support@wallartprints.com

If your parcel is left unattended with damage to the packaging, please advise us within 24 hours. Please include photos of the damage to the box and the print as attachments to your email, so we can organise a replacement immediately.
